Rollout

Start with one property. Extend with confidence.

Most groups begin with a pilot hotel, compare results, then roll out property by property.

  1. Pick a pilot propertyIdeally one with clear demand swings and a connected PMS.
  2. Agree group guardrailsA rule template every property inherits, with local overrides where needed.
  3. Review the before and afterRevenue reports compare the pilot against the same weeks before.
  4. Roll out across the portfolioAdd properties to the central dashboard as they connect.

Questions

What group revenue teams ask.

Can properties use different PMS systems?
Yes. Each property connects through its own PMS or channel manager. Compatibility for each is confirmed during onboarding.
Who approves rate changes?
You decide. Approval can sit with each property, with the group revenue team, or with either, depending on the roles you assign.
Can we keep brand-level rate rules?
Yes. Group templates can set floors, ceilings and room type ladders, and individual properties can be allowed or blocked from overriding them.
