Terms of Service

The service

The service forecasts demand for your property, suggests room rates and, where you enable it, applies rate changes automatically within limits you configure. It can connect to your property management system or channel manager to read booking data and push approved rates.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must have authority to connect the property systems you link to the service.

Pricing decisions and boundaries

You remain responsible for the rates offered by your property. Rate suggestions are recommendations based on available data and do not guarantee any particular occupancy, revenue or outcome.

Automated rate changes are opt-in. When enabled, they operate only within the floor, ceiling, move limits and locked dates you configure. It is your responsibility to set and review those limits.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any agreement with your booking channels.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

Fees and billing

Fees are set out in the quote or order agreed for your plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your data

You retain ownership of your property data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and third-party systems

We work to keep the service available and rate syncs reliable, but we do not control third-party PMS, channel manager or booking channel systems. Failed pushes are recorded in the adjustment log so you can act on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or bookings, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
