What we access
What we read from your PMS or channel manager, and why.
Guest contact details are not needed to price a room, and Bichanakya does not request them for pricing.
Rate-change audit trail
Every automated adjustment is logged and reviewable.
For each change, the log records the night and room type, the previous and new rate, whether it was approved by a person or applied automatically, the signals behind it, the limits in force and the result of the channel push.
Automated pricing always operates within owner-set boundaries. Nothing is applied outside your configured floor, ceiling, move limits or locked dates. If a suggestion would cross a limit, it is held at the limit and marked in the log.

Encryption in transit
Data moving between your systems, Bichanakya and your browser travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Encryption at rest
Stored property and booking data is encrypted on the servers that hold it.
Scoped connections
PMS and channel manager access is limited to what pricing needs, and can be revoked by you at any time.
Role-based access
Each user sees and changes only the properties and actions their role allows.
Activity logs
Sign-ins, rule changes and rate changes are recorded, so you can see who did what and when.
