Which PMS systems are compatible?
Bichanakya connects through your PMS or channel manager. Compatibility for your specific system is confirmed during the revenue audit, before you commit to a plan. Without a connection you can still use suggestions and update rates yourself.
How do automation boundaries work?
You set a floor and ceiling per room type, a largest single move, and any dates to lock. Automated changes, when you switch them on, only ever happen inside those limits. Suggestions outside them are held at the limit and marked in the log.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Many properties start on Starter and move to Growth once they are comfortable with the suggestions. Groups can add properties as they go.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at the end of your current billing period. Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Why is pricing quoted rather than listed?
Property size, number of room types and connections vary a lot between hotels. A short audit lets us quote a price that reflects your property rather than a generic tier.
